Our newest scrub hues are inspired by the crystals and stones of jade (nurturing and balance), amethyst (healing), and rose quartz (unconditional love). But they inspired more than just our scrubs … they inspired this edition of #SelfCareSunday, too. We felt inspired to find ways we could incorporate these stones into daily life for added relaxation during a (rare, we know) moment of peace and quiet.
IN YOUR HOME
We all know the saying, “home is where the heart is.” When you are constantly on the go, this statement rings even more true. Home is a sacred place (with a healthy amount of chaos, of course) and you deserve to feel at peace here. We might not always have our homes organized in the way we would like (paging Marie Kondo), but crystals can channel different energies to make each space more calming. Try a latte infused with rosewater or make yourself a bowl of jade rice (which is made with bamboo to give it that green hue) to nourish both your body and your soul. If you find time to take a relaxing bath, thank yourself first—we know this is no easy feat with a schedule like yours. If you’re looking to cleanse both body and spirit, try placing crystals around your bath (near your head, stomach and hips) or even in the bath water to stimulate different chakras. Take those extra few minutes to breathe and enjoy the time you’ve allotted for self care.
